Sophie Skalkos

Sophie is an experienced integrative clinician working as an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Diabetes Educator. She has over 20 years of experience across private hospitals and specialist practices, including serving as chief dietitian at a Melbourne private hospital. Sophie also spent two years studying Eastern medicine in Boston, broadening her understanding of lifestyle, metabolic health and individual wellbeing.

Her special interests include gut health, diabetes and weight management. Sophie provides medical nutrition therapy for reflux, coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, food intolerances and other digestive conditions. As an accomplished cook and former wholefoods caterer, she creates practical meal plans and recipe ideas suited to each person’s tastes and health goals.
